NORMA Group welcomes 14 new trainees

Maintal, Germany, 07-Sep-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — NORMA Group, a global market leader in engineered joining technology, welcomes 14 new trainees. Ten school graduates will be trained for the next three years at the company’s headquarters in Maintal: three tool mechanics, three mechatronics technicians, two experts on warehouse logistics and two industrial clerks. At the production site in Gerbershausen, two young men began their apprenticeships as industrial mechanics and one man his apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator for metal technology. A future warehouse specialist has also started his training at the sales site in Marsberg.

NORMA Group welcomes at least 10 trainees each year in Germany. Those who successfully complete their apprenticeships and receive a grade of at least satisfactory are offered permanent employment by NORMA Group. The company currently has 39 trainees and dual students in technical and commercial professions in Germany. NORMA Group has been training young people for over 50 years, since 1980 at its own training workshop.
