NORMA Group to deliver 3M fluid systems annually and equip 1.1M vehicles in the luxury segments until 2023 for German vehicle and engine manufacturer

Maintal, Germany, 02-8-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — NORMA Group, an international market and technology leader for engineered joining technology, received a major order for NORMAFLEX fluid systems for various
applications from a leading German vehicle and engine manufacturer. The tubes will be produced in the Polish and Serbian facilities from 2014. NORMA Group will produce up to 3 million systems annually and equip an overall 1.1 million vehicles in the upper and luxury segments until 2023.

The order encompasses the development and production of NORMAFLEX fluid systems for coolant circuit ventilation, transmission oil cooling, fuel tank ventilation and control lines with negative pressure. NORMAFLEX products are ready-to-fit systems for swift and easy assembly. They are also lighter than
traditional rubber/metal systems and reduce the overall weight by up to 30%.
