(PRESS RELEASE) NEWCASTLE, 2-Nov-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Newcastle and Northumbria universities have reaffirmed their commitment to working together through the Collaborative Newcastle Universities Agreement to support Newcastle’s health, wealth, and well-being. This strategic partnership, initially formalized in 2021, leverages the strengths of both institutions to promote a sustainable, inclusive, and prosperous future for the city and its communities. Among their joint initiatives is the IntoNewcastle East center, which aids local students in pursuing higher education aspirations, while other projects focus on net-zero goals, student well-being, and community engagement.
