Two new independent directors, Dario Moltrasio and Frédéric Tardy, were appointed, while Nathalie Collin joined as a director. The meeting saw the appointment of two distinguished professionals as independent directors. Dario Moltrasio, boasting three decades of experience in the insurance sector, with a substantial portion of it in executive roles at Zurich Insurance, joins the board. Moltrasio served as CEO and Head of Life Technical Functions at Zurich Investments Life until February 2024. Alongside him, Frédéric Tardy brings over 30 years of global leadership experience in banking and insurance, with expertise in digital and artificial intelligence. Tardy, currently serving as General Manager of Microsoft France, has a notable history of mentoring fintechs and insurtechs in Africa and South America through the NGO Endeavor.org.

The board further announced the renewal of terms for Christiane Marcellier and Sonia de Demandolx. Marcellier, CEO of JD4C Conseil, an advisory and investment firm specializing in transformative projects, has been a board member since 2008. Meanwhile, de Demandolx, an associate director at Demandolx_Furtado, continues her service on the CNP Assurances board and also sits on the boards of CNP Assurances’s Brazilian entities.
