(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 14-Nov-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Effective December 9, Michelle Shi-Verdaasdonk will be stepping into the role of Chief Procurement Officer at Electrolux Group. In this position, she will oversee the procurement strategy for both direct and indirect materials, logistics services, and product sourcing. Shi-Verdaasdonk will report directly to the Group’s CEO and will be an integral part of Electrolux Group’s management team.

Shi-Verdaasdonk brings with her a wealth of experience, having most recently served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Dyson, where she led the global supply chain across the company’s extensive network. Her earlier roles at Dyson also included Group Director for Global Manufacturing and Procurement, and she has held senior positions in quality and manufacturing at Signify. Prior to these roles, she worked at Electrolux Group between 2010 and 2015, serving in various global director positions within manufacturing and quality management.
