(IN BRIEF) The MICHELIN Guide Guangzhou 2023 has revealed its latest selection of culinary establishments in the city. The sixth edition features a total of 119 recommended restaurants, including 3 Two MICHELIN Star, 16 One MICHELIN Star, 42 Bib Gourmand, and 58 Michelin-selected establishments. The guide highlights the growing presence of delicate Sichuan cuisine alongside Cantonese cuisine in Guangzhou. Additionally, three Special Awards were introduced this year: the MICHELIN Young Chef Award, Service Award, and the newly introduced Sommelier Award. The guide recognizes the vibrant culinary scene and the contributions of talented individuals in Guangzhou.

The sixth edition grows bigger and brighter, presenting a total of 119 restaurants, including 3 Two MICHELIN Star, 16 One MICHELIN Star, 42 Bib Gourmand, and 58 MICHELIN-Selected food establishments. 3 Special Awards are handed out in recognition of talented individual during the revelation Ceremony: the MICHELIN Young Chef Award, Service Award and newly attributed Sommelier Award.
