MAHLE names new Head of Corporate Communications/Public Relations Manuela Höhne

(PRESS RELEASE) STUTTGART, 11-Mar-2020 — /EuropaWire/ — Automotive parts manufacturer, MAHLE, announces the appointment of Manuela Höhne as the new Head of Corporate Communications/Public Relations. Manuela will take up her new position on April 1, 2020 and will report to Dr. Jörg Stratmann, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of the MAHLE Group. Manuela succeeds Birgit Albrecht, who has left the company at her own request.

Manuela Höhne will be responsible for MAHLE’s global media communications and for the areas of internal, marketing, and aftermarket communication.

Manuela joins MAHLE from the Volkswagen Group, where she has worked since 2013. She started as Head of Communications at French supercar manufacturer Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. and most recently as corporate spokesperson for sales and marketing for the group and its core brand Volkswagen Passenger Cars.

Before joining the Volkswagen Group, she worked at British sports car manufacturer Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. as Head of Communications Europe for almost five years.

In 2000, Manuela began her career in the automotive industry with the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) in Frankfurt as press officer, a role she held until 2007 and later at the association’s Berlin offices.
