The groundbreaking ceremony, held on June 18, marked the commencement of this project in collaboration with Johansson & Rehn, WSP, Arris, and other stakeholders.

Located strategically just six kilometers north of central Gothenburg and adjacent to the E6 motorway linking major cities like Stockholm, Oslo, and Copenhagen, the site is set to become a hub for efficient logistics operations.

The new facility in Backa will prioritize environmental sustainability, aiming for BREEAM Excellent certification, underscoring Logicor’s commitment to high standards in property development.

Christoffer Walljaeger, Director of Asset Management at Logicor Sweden, emphasized the strategic importance of the location, noting its proximity to key logistics hubs and major transport arteries crucial for meeting customer demands effectively.
