Liverpool Literary Festival Returns with Best-Selling Author Adele Parks MBE

(PRESS RELEASE) LIVERPOOL, 10-Aug-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — The Liverpool Literary Festival is set to return this autumn from Friday, October 4 to Sunday, October 6, featuring the Sunday Times Number One best-selling author Adele Parks MBE. Now in its ninth year, the festival will showcase a diverse array of events, including local talent, poetry, drama, discussions, and more.

Adele Parks, who has sold over five million copies of her 24 novels in the UK and has had her works translated into 31 languages, will be a highlight of the festival. She will discuss her latest psychological thriller, First Wife’s Shadow, in a conversation with her husband, Jim, on Saturday, October 5 at 5:30 pm. The event promises to be both entertaining and insightful.

Festival Director Professor Greg Lynall expressed his excitement about the event, noting the diverse line-up of authors and the new festival location at the University of Liverpool’s Eleanor Rathbone Building.

The festival will offer VIP passes for the weekend or single-day access, allowing attendees to fully engage with the various events. Waterstones, the festival’s book-selling partner, will host book signings after each session.
