Kuehne+Nagel Rolls Out Cloud-Native KN SwiftLOG Platform Across Global Contract Logistics Network

(IN BRIEF) Kuehne+Nagel is rolling out a cloud-native, agentic AI-enabled version of KN SwiftLOG, its warehouse management system, across more than 1,000 sites in close to 100 countries. The platform is built on Blue Yonder’s Warehouse Management Solution and is designed to strengthen scalability, resilience, efficiency and resource utilisation across Kuehne+Nagel’s Contract Logistics operations. The phased rollout began in April 2026, with the first customer deployment planned to go live in Asia in July 2026. The platform will connect warehouse operations with data-driven insights and intelligent automation, supporting better planning, visibility and disruption response. For customers, the move aims to provide more consistent execution across locations, more standardised processes across sites and improved support for multi-country logistics operations.

(PRESS RELEASE) SCHINDELLEGI, 16-Jul-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Kuehne+Nagel is expanding its digital capabilities in Contract Logistics by evolving KN SwiftLOG, its warehouse management system, into a cloud-native platform with agentic AI capabilities.

The global deployment spans more than 1,000 sites in close to 100 countries, making it one of the largest warehouse operations transformations in the logistics sector.

The platform is built on Blue Yonder’s Warehouse Management Solution, part of the company’s Cognitive Solutions portfolio. The upgrade brings KN SwiftLOG into a unified cloud-based environment while maintaining its role as Kuehne+Nagel’s established warehouse management system.

The phased global rollout began in April 2026 and is being implemented gradually to ensure service continuity across operations. As deployment progresses, the platform will help Kuehne+Nagel scale across its network, manage growing supply chain complexity and respond to changing customer requirements.

Eduardo Razuck, Executive Vice President, Contract Logistics at Kuehne+Nagel, said the move to a cloud-native platform will help the company connect operations, data and workflows more effectively across locations.

“As supply chains become more complex, improving efficiency remains a key driver for adopting cloud-based solutions,” said Razuck.

He added that the shift supports consistent execution at scale, faster responses to customer needs and reliable service delivery.

The platform is designed to create a foundation for more efficient and coordinated warehouse operations across Kuehne+Nagel’s global network. By connecting warehouse activities with data-driven insights and intelligent automation, it will support more accurate planning, clearer visibility and faster responses to disruption.

For customers, the move is expected to deliver more consistent execution across locations while maintaining stable daily operations. A single cloud-based platform will also support more standardised processes across sites, helping align operations for customers served in multiple countries.

The first customer deployment is scheduled to go live in Asia in July 2026.

Duncan Angove, Chief Executive Officer of Blue Yonder, said Kuehne+Nagel and its customers will benefit from AI-enabled execution and next-generation operating practices.

“Together, Kuehne+Nagel and its customers will benefit from AI-enabled execution and next-generation operating practices that increase productivity, speed and agility,” said Angove.

He added that the future of supply chain will depend on the ability to standardise globally, make faster decisions and adapt quickly to disruption.
