K+S Aktiengesellschaft Signs Up to the UN Global Compact

Kassel, Germany, 11-9-2015 — /EuropaWire/ — With its accession to the Global Compact, K+S has underscored its support for the ten principlesin the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. In the case of K+S, these principles are already reflected in its core values and principles that are binding on all K+S Group employees.

The goal of the Global Compact is to provide a platform for dialogue between companies and other organizations that promote the ten principles. It was launched 15 years ago. More than 8,000 companies as well as cities, scientific institutions and non-governmental organizations participate in this initiative worldwide.
