Kontali takes over Seafood TIP to expand analytical capacity, sector coverage and geographical presence

(PRESS RELEASE) UTRECHT, 6-Oct-2020 — /EuropaWire/ — Solidaridad, an international civil society organisation active in over 50 countries around the world, has announced that the acquisition of Seafood TIP B.V., working towards increasing the level of transparency in the seafood industry, by Kontali Analyse AS, a private research company with an extensive expertise on a large variety of seafood species and industries, has been completed. With the deal Kontali will strengthen its position as the leading global player in systemizing the world of fisheries and aquaculture. Post acquisition Seafood TIP will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Kontali based in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
