On November 20, they reopened the Customer Service Center, marking the full launch of the GeauxPass Roadside Program. Originally established in 2009, LA1 stands as a critical lifeline for not only the State of Louisiana but also the entire nation. It plays a pivotal role in facilitating the transportation needs of the oil, petroleum, and chemical industries in southern Louisiana. The culmination of these efforts was marked on November 20, as Kapsch TrafficCom reopened the Customer Service Center in Golden Meadow, LA, commencing full end-to-end operations of the GeauxPass Roadside Program.
