(PRESS RELEASE) HAMBURG, 6-Aug-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Jungheinrich AG has signed an agreement to acquire All Lift Forklifts, a leading Australian rental specialist and dealer of material handling and access equipment.

The acquisition will strengthen Jungheinrich’s position in Australia, one of the largest material handling equipment markets in the Asia-Pacific region.

It will also expand the company’s presence in the growing Australian rental market and provide broader access to new customers, industries and sales channels.

Headquartered in Sydney, All Lift Forklifts is a family-owned business with six locations across Australia.

The company operates a diversified rental fleet, serves customers across a wide range of industries and provides comprehensive service capabilities.

Jungheinrich said the combination will bring together established local structures with the scale and resources of an international group.

Dean Kretchmer, Managing Director of All Lift, said the company is pleased to join forces with the Jungheinrich Group and looks forward to combining strengths to create new opportunities for customers and the business.

He said All Lift’s success over more than 26 years has been built on its people, strong customer relationships and a commitment to quality service.

Kretchmer added that Jungheinrich is the right partner because both companies share similar values and a long-term vision.

He said the partnership will support the continued growth and development of All Lift’s business, employees and customers as the company enters its next stage.

Nadine Despineux, Member of the Board of Management for Sales at Jungheinrich AG, said the acquisition of All Lift is a logical step in strengthening Jungheinrich’s presence in Australia and advancing its growth ambitions in the APAC region.

She said the transaction aligns with Jungheinrich’s Strategy 2030+, under which the company is expanding its footprint in attractive growth markets and strengthening its position beyond Europe.

Despineux described Australia as a highly dynamic market, where rental solutions are becoming increasingly important for customers seeking flexibility and lifecycle-oriented offerings.

She added that, together with All Lift, Jungheinrich will significantly accelerate its development in this strategically important segment.

All Lift brings extensive rental expertise, a strong customer base and an established service network.

Together, Jungheinrich and All Lift plan to strengthen their offering across ownership, rental and service solutions.

The combination is intended to create additional value for customers and support sustainable growth in the Australian market.

Following completion of the acquisition, All Lift will continue to operate under its existing brand name.

This approach is intended to ensure continuity for customers, employees and business partners.

Through the acquisition of All Lift Forklifts, Jungheinrich is expanding its international footprint, strengthening its rental capabilities and deepening its position in the Australian material handling market.
