Italian Psychometrics Specialist Giunti Psychometrics Lists on Euronext Growth Milan

(IN BRIEF) Giunti Psychometrics Holding has listed on Euronext Growth Milan, becoming the 51st company admitted to Euronext markets in 2026. The Italian company specialises in psychometrics, psychological assessment, professional training and digital assessment platforms. Its solutions are used in clinical and educational evaluation, talent assessment, large-scale selection, mental health professional training, and mobility and licensing assessment. The company raised €17.1 million, including the potential exercise of the overallotment option, or €15 million excluding it. Giunti Psychometrics indicated an implicit valuation of approximately €60 million. The listing is intended to support international expansion and targeted acquisitions.

Giunti Psychometrics is an Italian company specialising in psychometrics, psychological assessment and professional training.

With more than 75 years of experience, the company combines scientific expertise, technology and local market knowledge to develop and deliver validated assessment tools, digital platforms, training programmes and specialist services.

Its solutions are used across several areas, including clinical and educational evaluation, talent assessment and development, large-scale selection processes, professional training for psychology and mental health specialists, and assessment services for mobility and licensing.

The listing represents a notable transaction for Euronext Growth Milan. Giunti Psychometrics is the first company listed on the market to adopt the equity direct distribution model at IPO and to manage the retail tranche within the global offering framework.

The company raised a total of €17.1 million, including the potential exercise of the overallotment option.

Excluding the exercise of the overallotment option, the amount raised was €15 million.

The implicit valuation indicated by the company, taking into account the different categories of shares, is approximately €60 million.

José Sales Grade, Chief Executive Officer of Giunti Psychometrics, said the listing on Euronext Growth Milan represents an important milestone in the company’s development.

He said the IPO marks the beginning of a new phase in Giunti Psychometrics’ international growth.

According to Sales Grade, becoming a listed company will allow Giunti Psychometrics to accelerate its external growth strategy through targeted acquisitions, strengthen its competitive positioning and expand across international markets.

He said the company’s history has been built over more than 75 years and is based on scientific expertise, international leadership, quality and a strong commitment to meeting the needs of local markets.
