ING Repurchases Additional Shares as Part of €1.5 Billion Buyback Program

(IN BRIEF) ING has announced that it repurchased 1,639,985 shares during the week of July 3-7, 2023, as part of its €1.5 billion share buyback program. The average price per share was €12.45, resulting in a total amount of €20,418,895.26. With this latest round of repurchases, ING has now bought back a total of 13,783,908 shares under the program, representing approximately 11.09% of the maximum total value.

(PRESS RELEASE) AMSTERDAM, 12-Jul-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — ING announced that, in line with the launch of our €1.5 billion share buyback programme announced on 11 May 2023, we repurchased 1,639,985 shares during the week of 3 July 2023 up to and including 7 July 2023.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of €12.45 for a total amount of €20,418,895.26. For detailed information on the daily repurchased shares, individual share purchase transactions and weekly reports, see the ING website at www.ing.com/investorrelations.

The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 13,783,908 ordinary shares at an average price of €12.07 for a total consideration of €166,401,450.52. To date approximately 11.09% of the maximum total value of the share buyback programme has been completed.
