(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 29-Jul-2019 — /EuropaWire/ — INEOS announces partnership with OGC Nice as the main partner of the Gym and will display its logo on the front of the professional team’s jerseys starting in the 2019-2020 season.
INEOS is already involved in the world of sport, having supported sports group from grassroots upwards, currently:
- The Daily Mile: an initiative aimed at helping children to stay active whatever their personal circumstances. It is now Government policy to introduce The Daily Mile into every school in England.
- INEOS Team UK: the official British entry for The America’s Cup, led by the most successful Olympic sailor of all time, Sir Ben Ainslie.
- FC Lausanne-Sport: one of Switzerland’s most established Team INEOS: the most successful Pro Cycling team in the world. Same team, new name; under INEOS ownership. Once again challenging for the Tour de France this year.
- INEOS 1:59 Challenge: In Autumn this year Eliud Kipchoge, with support from INEOS, plans to redefine the limits of human achievement by breaking the last great barrier of modern athletics; the two-hour marathon.
INEOS logo will be displayed on the jerseys of the Gym professional team for all Ligue 1 matches. INEOS will also appear on media materials at the Allianz Riviera and on OGC Nice’s media, as well as Hospitality subscriptions for home matches.
