Indra in UAE
This project in Dubai not only strengthens Indra’s position in the Middle East and UAE, but also consolidates its presence in a country which in the next few years will face major technology renewal and infrastructure modernization projects.

Indra has offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai from which it conducts business throughout the United Arab Emirates, with projects in markets such as public administration, industry, transport and traffic, as well as consulting and outsourcing activities.

The multinational has signed agreements with the Mubadala Development Company, the Abu Dhabi government’s investment vehicle for identifying, exploring and defining the terms of cooperation and creation of potential joint ventures focused on projects related to technologies applied to the aerospace, defense, security and transport sectors. Indra also collaborates with the Prime Minister’s Office for the UAE Drones for Good Award in its successful first edition as well as in its current second edition.

In the airline sector, Indra’s new systems are of much interest in markets such as the Middle East, as they minimize distribution costs and respond to needs arising from the constraints inherent in this airspace, which is becoming one of the world’s main hubs for travel distribution and passenger flow. Indra, the provider of numerous systems and solutions for the aviation industry, has successfully implemented large-scale projects for airlines worldwide, collaborating in all areas of the operations and business cycle (Reservations, e-Commerce, Digital Strategy, Revenue Accounting, Business Analytics, Application Management, CRM, Loyalty and Outsourcing, to name just a few).
