HR company Randstad names EADS the most attractive employer to work for in Spain

The fourth edition of the Randstad Awards in Spain polled around 7000 people in Spain, with different characteristics of gender, region, age and education level. The research also includes the opinion of students, employees and unemployed people between the ages of 18 and 65.

In 2012 EADS’ workforce in Spain increased with around 300 recruitments and for 2013 this positive trend will continue, with plans to recruit a further 400 people.

Most of the new recruitment will be focused on the engineering field, especially in Stress and Structural Analysis, Structural Design, Systems Engineering, Architecture, Avionics, Electronic and Electrical Systems, Lean Experts and Supply Chain, Quality Field Engineers, production staff and cyber-security.
