Holcim expands in the Pacific Northwest region of the U.S. with the acquisition of Cowden, a leader in ready-mix concrete and aggregates

(PRESS RELEASE) ZUG, 4-Jan-2022 — /EuropaWire/ — Holcim (SWX: HOLN), one of the world’s leading suppliers of cement and aggregates, concrete and related services, has announced it acquired the leader in ready-mix concrete and aggregates across the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. The deal for Cowden Inc., based in Bellingham, WA, strengthens the company’s footprint in the area.
