The macsLive system allows fleet operators, breakdown services, and workshops to monitor vehicle conditions remotely by transmitting critical data such as fault codes, system parameters, and driving patterns.

This innovative platform offers an in-depth level of diagnostics previously only available in workshops, allowing professionals to make real-time decisions on necessary measures, such as sending technicians equipped with the right parts or providing remote support. The macsLive dongle continuously records vehicle data from the OBD socket and transmits it to the cloud for analysis. In certain cases, the system can even remotely clear error codes, enabling vehicles to continue their journey to a workshop without needing to be towed.
