GRAHAM Construction recognised for their commitment to high performance through good people management

HILLSBOROUGH, 21-Aug-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — National contractor GRAHAM Construction has been awarded Platinum accreditation against the Investors in People standard.

They join the top seven per cent of accredited organisations across the UK, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management. GRAHAM have also been awarded accreditation against the Investors in People Health and Wellbeing standard that demonstrates a holistic approach to positive people management.

GRAHAM Construction is part of the GRAHAM Group, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading construction, asset management and project investment businesses. The company recently posted another strong set of year end results for 2016-17, announcing a turnover increase to £565 million. It has been shortlisted this year for major industry awards by Building, Construction News, Construction Enquirer and Retail Week, as well as by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA) and Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

GRAHAM Construction currently has over 100 live projects across the UK, including:

  • A £150 million partnership with Barnet Council to enhance education, community, leisure and operational assets across the Borough, and a £100 million Schools for the Future programme for Dumfries and Galloway Council – both being undertaken by the GRAHAM Construction building team
  • Three projects, secured via the Highways England Collaborative Delivery Framework, in the East of England, Stockport and Liverpool – being carried out by the GRAHAM Construction civil engineering team
  • Projects for KPMG, Primark and the Queensgate Shopping Centre in Peterborough – by GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out
