The opening of Stage 3 marks a major milestone for the Gold Coast’s public transport network.

The extension adds 6.7 kilometres of new track, eight new stations and five new trams, expanding the total light rail network to 27 kilometres.

The expanded network is expected to improve connectivity across the city and provide better access to employment, education, healthcare, shopping, entertainment and other key destinations.
