Global provider of telecommunications services VimpelCom announces its financial calendar for the year of 2015

The Company aims to publish its quarterly results and hold an A&I Day in 2015 at the following dates:

• February 25, 2015: 4Q14 results (analyst meeting in London)
• May 13, 2015: 1Q15 results
• August 6, 2015: 2Q15 results (analyst meeting in London)
• October 8 – 9, 2015: Analyst and Investor Day (London)
• November 5, 2015: 3Q15 results

The final confirmation of the date and invitation to the earnings calls and A&I Day will be issued separately prior to each event.
