Fondazione Bruno Kessler Launches Selection Process for Directors of Digital Society and Augmented Intelligence Centers

(IN BRIEF) Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) has initiated the selection procedure for the positions of Director for its Digital Society research center and the newly established Augmented Intelligence Center. The Digital Society research center focuses on the challenges presented by the digital society of the future, while the Augmented Intelligence Center explores innovations in augmented intelligence. FBK, renowned for its contributions to Artificial Intelligence, will continue its research in the augmented intelligence domain. The Foundation seeks scientists with a strong scientific reputation, managerial qualifications, international experience, and extensive networks within their respective fields to apply for these roles. Applications are open until December 7, 2023, with the possibility of renewing these three-year appointments for an additional three years. Transparent selection stages will be shared with FBK’s scientific community and staff.

(PRESS RELEASE) TRENTO, 13-Oct-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Fondazione Bruno Kessler has started the selection process for the positions of Director of its Digital Society research center, dedicated to the new challenges of the digital society of the future, and the Augmented Intelligence Center, focusing on the innovative sector of Augmented Intelligence.

Augmented Intelligence is a new Center whose establishment is part of the strategy of the new FBK Mandate Plan on which, on the initiative of President Ferruccio Resta, the Board of Directors, the Management and Coordination Committee and the Secretary General are working.

Internationally known for its pioneering work in the field of Artificial Intelligence, FBK with the new Center will continue research in the area of augmented intelligence that combines the potential of AI with that of humans,

Scientists with high and recognized scientific reputation and strategic vision are invited to apply for these Centers.

Candidates must possess managerial qualifications, proven international experience, and an established network of relationships within their respective communities of reference.
