Flu vaccination campaign by the CERN Medical Service will begin on 2 November until 4 December 2020

(PRESS RELEASE) GENEVA, 26-Oct-2020 — /EuropaWire/ — CERN Medical Service, CERN’s unit responsible for the Organization’s occupational health & safety, has announced the dates of its flu vaccination campaign for 2020.

As part of the flu vaccination campaign organised by the CERN Medical Service, the vaccine and the vaccination are free of charge to CHIS MembersPost-compulsory Members and Subsidiary Members over 18 years of age. This applies in particular to pensioners and family members.

Vaccinations will take place in Building 33 – Visitors Reception – Meyrin from 2 November to 4 December 2020, on working days from 08:30 to 12:20 and 13:30 to 17:20.

Only this vaccination point will be accessible, as access inside CERN remains restricted. We remind you that wearing a type 1 surgical mask is compulsory for access to the vaccination point.

To make an appointment, you must log on to the PLAMED portal at the following address: https://plamed.web.cern.ch.

To facilitate the organisation and to ensure the respect of health and safety measures, it is important to respect the exact time that you have been allocated. In the event that you cannot come for your appointment, please cancel it directly in the PLAMED portal.
