12-11-2012 — /europawire.eu/ — FL Technics Jets, a global provider of integrated maintenance, repair and overhaul solutions for business aviation, is celebrating a one year anniversary since receiving its first business jet in autumn 2011.
‘FL Technics Jets received its Part 145 certificate, issued by the European Aviation Safety Agency in spring 2011, followed by maintenance approvals from the Civil Aviation Authorities of Aruba, Cayman Islands and Bermuda. Furthermore, the growing number of potential clients from Russia & the CIS had urged us to seek the maintenance organization approval for business jets registered in Russia, which we successfully received in February, 2012. As a result, during the year we have successfully performed maintenance works for 20 various business jets,’ commented the CEO of FL Technics Jets Darius Saluga.
The first business jets arrived at the FL Technics Jets technical base for routine maintenance works in autumn 2011. Since then the company’s specialists have serviced various types of business aviation aircraft, as well as significantly expanded the scale of services, which already include not only line and base maintenance, but also engine and spare parts management, cabin refurbishment, aircraft cleaning and technical training. In order to meet the existing and forecasted demand FL Technics Jets has recently introduced a new service – the conversion of commercial airplanes to private jets. The service is designed to satisfy the needs of customers wishing to obtain a truly personalized aircraft with unique interior and unique livery at a fraction of a new private jet’s price.
‘One of our main achievements is the fact that in the beginning of 2012 FL Technics Jets became the first Authorized Hawker Beechcraft service centre in Eastern Europe. What is more, today we are one of only a few providers of wheel and brake maintenance services for business aviation in Europe. All of our services are backed by our dedicated maintenance professionals with over 20 years of practical experience. This, along with the recognition of the aviation authorities, has determined the company’s success over the previous year. With the support and trust of our clients from both West and East we are steadfast in our plans to achieve even higher results throughout the upcoming year,’ commented Darius Saluga.
