Fiat S.p.A. announces the closing of its notes offering denominated in Euro announced on 12th March 2013

Turin, 15-3-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — The offering denominated in Euro announced on 12th March 2013 has been settled today and consists of notes with the following characteristics:

– € 1.25 billion in principal amount of guaranteed 6.625% notes due March 2018, with an issue price of 100% of the principal amount.

The Notes were priced on 12th March 2013.

The Notes, which were issued by Fiat Finance and Trade Ltd, société anonyme, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiat S.p.A., under the Global Medium Term Note Programme guaranteed by Fiat S.p.A., have been rated B1 by Moody’s Investors Service, BB- by Standard & Poor’s and BB- by Fitch. The Notes have been admitted to listing on the Irish Stock Exchange.

The issuance is authorized pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors of Fiat S.p.A. dated 30th January 2013.
