(PRESS RELEASE) MILAN, 15-Jul-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Euronext has congratulated Gens Aurea on its listing on Euronext Milan, marking the 49th listing on Euronext in 2026.

Gens Aurea is a European group active in the buying and selling of gold and precious metals. With more than 20 years of market experience, the company is registered with the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori.

The group has been backed since 2019 by DVC Partners, a pan-European private equity firm. It operates across four main business areas: gold buying, jewellery, investment gold and buy-back.

Gens Aurea’s business model is vertically integrated and supported by a portfolio of eight brands: OroCash, Luxury Zone, GioiaPura, Alfieri & St.John, OroCaja, Super Efectivo, OuroCaixa and OroCash Invest.

In 2025, the group handled more than 11 tonnes of gold and generated turnover of over €830 million. Between 2023 and 2025, Gens Aurea recorded a compound annual growth rate of 84%.

The company also reported adjusted EBITDA of €105.2 million and operates more than 530 physical outlets across five countries.

At admission, Gens Aurea had a free float of 10%. The company’s market capitalisation at IPO was €1.01 billion.

During the placement phase, Gens Aurea raised €101 million, excluding any potential exercise of the over-allotment option. If the over-allotment option is exercised in full, total proceeds will rise to €111 million.

Fabio Godano, Chief Executive Officer of Gens Aurea, said the company has built a distinctive platform in the European gold and precious metals market.

“Over the years, we have built a distinctive platform in the European gold and precious metals market, combining a widespread retail presence, qualified industrial expertise, solid relationships with leading smelters, supply chain control, innovation and strict compliance,” said Godano.

He added that the group’s growth has been supported by the strength of its brands, the quality of its customer service and its ability to operate efficiently and responsibly in a highly regulated and fragmented sector.

Godano said the listing marks the beginning of a new phase for Gens Aurea and represents a strategic milestone in its growth journey.

According to the company, the listing will increase Gens Aurea’s visibility, strengthen its institutional profile and support further development, including its role as a European consolidator in the gold and precious metals sector.

Fabio Godano rang the bell to celebrate Gens Aurea’s listing on Euronext Milan.
