(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 25-Jun-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Eduform’Action has transferred from Euronext Access Paris to Euronext Growth Paris, marking a new stage in the development of the French training and education group.

The company’s shares began trading on Euronext Growth on Thursday, 25 June 2026, under the ticker ALEFA. At market opening, the share price stood at €0.34, based on the closing price on Euronext Access Paris on 24 June 2026, giving Eduform’Action a market capitalisation of approximately €6.7 million.

The transfer represents Euronext’s 33rd listing in 2026 and is intended to increase Eduform’Action’s visibility among investors as the group pursues its next phase of expansion.

Founded in January 2022, Eduform’Action operates in initial training, continuing education and apprenticeships. The group has established a national platform built around four core areas: healthcare, management and workplace safety, housing and energy renovation, and digital and technology.

The organisation brings together schools, apprenticeship training centres and training providers serving both private-sector companies and public-sector organisations. Its activities are aimed at addressing evolving skills needs and supporting employability across sectors facing changing workforce requirements.

Eduform’Action supports nearly 60,000 learners each year in mainland France and overseas territories, working with approximately 1,500 expert trainers.

Cécile Béziat, Chief Executive Officer of Eduform’Action, said the transfer to Euronext Growth reflects the group’s progress four years after its creation and follows financial results in 2025 that supported its strategic direction.

She said the move is expected to improve the group’s profile with investors and marks an important step as Eduform’Action seeks to expand its operations.
