ETF provides access to euro area corporate bonds focused on sustainability

The UBS ETF – Barclays MSCI Euro Area Liquid Corporates Sustainable UCITS ETF (EUR) A-dis enables investors to participate in the performance of fixed-rate corporate bonds with investment grade rating. The bonds tracked by the reference index are denominated in euros and issued by euro area companies. To qualify for inclusion in the reference index, companies must have an ESG rating of BBB or higher and comply with sustainable corporate governance criteria. They must also be in the industrial, energy supply or financial sector. The corporate bonds have a residual term of at least one year and are limited to five percent per issuer.

The product offering in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment currently comprises a total of 1,133 exchange traded funds. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of around €15 billion, makes Xetra Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
