(PRESS RELEASE) FRANKFURT, 15-Aog-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Deutsche Bank Singapore’s commitment to disability inclusion has been recognised in SG Enable’s newly released national guide, Inclusive Hiring, Stronger Businesses – A Guide to Disability-Inclusive Employment. The playbook, which highlights best practices from leading organisations, positions Deutsche Bank as a model for inclusive hiring and workplace innovation, with a focus on its Neurodiversity@Work programme and the efforts of its long-standing employee resource group, dbEnable.

The guide underscores how inclusive employment practices can enhance innovation, resilience, and sustainable business growth. Deutsche Bank’s Neurodiversity@Work programme, launched in 2022, is designed to create meaningful roles for neurodivergent individuals—such as those with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia—by matching their unique strengths to operational requirements in areas like financial analysis, risk management, and operations. This approach has strengthened talent pipelines and added measurable value to the bank’s business capabilities.

dbEnable, which celebrates its tenth anniversary in 2025, has played a pivotal role in embedding disability inclusion into Deutsche Bank’s workplace culture. Over the past decade, the group has driven initiatives including adapted interview processes, mentorship programmes, accessible infrastructure, and sustained community engagement. These efforts have helped Deutsche Bank earn the Platinum Enabling Mark, Singapore’s highest accreditation for disability inclusion.

“Our commitment to disability-inclusive employment is rooted in the belief that every individual brings unique strengths that can drive innovation, resilience, and growth,” said Chandra Mallika, Singapore CEO and COO for APAC & MEA at Deutsche Bank.

SG Enable, Singapore’s focal agency for disability inclusion, developed the guide as part of its Enabling Mark initiative, which helps organisations strengthen inclusive hiring practices and create equitable opportunities for persons with disabilities.
