(PRESS RELEASE) LEINFELDEN-ECHTERDINGEN, 14-Mar-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Following a strong group performance in the 2024 financial year—driven by impressive results in North America and at Daimler Buses, despite facing hurdles in Europe and Asia—Daimler Truck has announced that eligible employees will receive a profit-sharing bonus of 4,140 euros. Approximately 25,000 tariff-scale employees in Germany will benefit from this bonus, which will be disbursed with the April 2025 salary payment.

The profit-sharing bonus is determined based on a calculation model that has been jointly agreed upon by company management and the General Works Council. This model, which is also applied to managerial positions, ensures that every employee group shares in the company’s financial success. Since 1997, Daimler Truck has maintained this tradition, rewarding its workforce in line with the company’s overall economic achievements.
