(PRESS RELEASE) DUBLIN, 5-Aug-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Dabur India Limited is collaborating with Accenture on a multi-year initiative to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption and strengthen the company’s development as a future-ready digital enterprise.

The collaboration is designed to enhance Dabur’s data and AI capabilities, improve decision-making, increase business agility and support long-term competitiveness.

Dabur, one of India’s leading FMCG companies, will work with Accenture to build on its existing investments in cloud technology and digital core modernisation.

As part of the initiative, Accenture will help Dabur establish a scalable and unified data foundation.

This will include integrating internal, external, structured and unstructured datasets into a centralised data lake.

The objective is to create more standardised, automated and trusted data flows across the enterprise.

With this data foundation in place, Dabur plans to deploy control towers and digital dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.

These tools are intended to help business leaders monitor organisational performance, track business health and respond more quickly to market changes.

The initiative will use advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.

It will also support improved supply chain responsiveness and strengthen end-to-end visibility across finance, procurement, marketing and sales.

Dabur will also introduce generative AI-powered conversational interfaces and assistants.

These tools are intended to make it easier for business users to query data, access insights and make data-led decisions more quickly.

Manas Mehra, Global Chief Information Officer at Dabur India Limited, said the company’s AI strategy is focused on enabling faster and better-informed decisions in response to changing consumer expectations and dynamic market conditions.

He said Dabur is building what he described as a digital brain on strong data foundations and advanced AI, embedding intelligence across the enterprise.

Mehra added that the collaboration with Accenture will help Dabur sense demand more accurately, respond with greater agility and deliver sharper insights supported by stronger governance.

The collaboration will prioritise high-impact, outcome-based use cases focused on value realisation, spend optimisation and EBITDA margin expansion.

Accenture will also support Dabur in reimagining talent, operating models and governance frameworks to sustain AI-led transformation at scale.

Ankur Chaudhary, Managing Director and Lead for Products group, India Business, at Accenture, said FMCG companies are navigating increasing complexity, including diversified portfolios and rapidly changing consumer expectations.

He said Dabur’s AI-led reinvention is both timely and strategic.

By strengthening its data foundation and embedding AI into core processes, Chaudhary said Dabur can make faster decisions, improve demand sensing and build more resilient operations.

He added that the initiative will create a stronger platform for purpose-led and profitable growth.

The collaboration extends Dabur’s multi-year digital transformation journey with Accenture.

Through the initiative, Dabur aims to operationalise AI at scale across the enterprise, using data, analytics and generative AI to support stronger decision-making, improved efficiency and more responsive business operations.
