Czech Komerční banka won three awards in Hospodářské noviny’s competition

Prague, Czech Republic, 27-9-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — In Hospodářské noviny’s competition, Komerční banka Group has received as many as three awards. The organisers voted Komerční pojišťovna first in The Most Client Friendly Life Insurance Company of 2013 category and second in The Best Life Insurance Company of 2013 category. Komerční banka was placed second in the category of The Best Bank of 2013.

Komerční banka has followed up on its success in previous annual editions: Last year, it was the overall winner, and it was placed second in 2011. For Komerční pojišťovna this year’s success is a première that the company would like to repeat in the future.

In November 2012, KB became The Bank of the Year 2012 (in the Fincentrum Bank of the Year 2012 competition), and prior to that it was named The Best Bank of the Year 2012 in the rating conducted by Hospodářské noviny. In September 2012, Komerční pojišťovna was named The Insurance Company of 2012 in the Czech Republic in the economic magazineWorld Finance’s international rating.
