(PRESS RELEASE) LUXEMBOURG, 4-Sep-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Ambrose Construct Group (ACG), a leading provider of insurance repair and restoration services in Australia, has entered into a partnership with CVC Capital Partners aimed at supporting the company’s next phase of growth and further expansion across the Australian market.

CVC Capital Partners Asia VI, a private equity fund managed by global private markets manager CVC Capital Partners, has signed an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in ACG from existing shareholders, including CPE Capital (CPEC) and company founders Brett Ambrose and Melissa Ambrose.

The transaction is intended to provide ACG with access to additional growth capital and international expertise as the company continues to invest in technology, operational processes, service specialisation and geographic expansion.

ACG’s founders and management team will remain invested in the business and continue to lead its development following completion of the transaction.

Investment to support technology, services and geographic expansion

ACG operates nationally across Australia’s insurance repair and restoration sector, providing services to insurers and their policyholders.

The company has developed technology and workflow capabilities designed to support the delivery of repair and restoration services at scale while maintaining service quality and customer experience.

Under the new partnership, ACG plans to continue developing customer-focused technology and process innovation while expanding specialised services and strengthening its presence in locations where clients require additional capacity.

The investment will also provide the company with access to CVC’s capital resources and international experience across multiple industries and markets.

Anthony McLean, Chief Executive Officer of Ambrose Construct Group, said the investment would help the company enhance service delivery for stakeholders while continuing to focus on customer-centric technology, process innovation and service specialisation.

He said ACG also plans to expand in markets where its clients need greater support and expects to benefit from CVC’s growth capital and global perspective as it continues developing the business.

CVC highlights ACG’s technology platform and management team

Richard Blackburn, Head of CVC Australia, said CVC had followed ACG’s growth over recent years and identified the company’s technology platform, leadership and organisational culture as important strengths.

He said CVC looks forward to partnering with Anthony McLean and the broader ACG team to support the company’s future development.

The transaction will give CVC a controlling interest while maintaining continued investment from ACG’s existing founders and management.

This structure is intended to provide continuity in leadership while bringing additional financial and strategic resources to the business.

Existing management and founders to remain invested

Brett and Melissa Ambrose, together with ACG’s management team, will retain an investment in the company following the transaction.

The ongoing involvement of the founders and management is expected to support continuity as ACG pursues further growth in Australia’s insurance repair and restoration market.

The acquisition is expected to complete by early 2027, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
