The inaugural commercial flight took place on August 25, 2024, following the delivery of a brand-new Boeing 777-200F on August 18, 2024. This new aircraft, operated by Atlas Air, marks the beginning of CMA CGM AIR CARGO’s strategic move to enhance its presence in the North American market.

The new transpacific route not only connects major hubs in Asia and North America, such as Hong Kong, Chicago, and Seoul, but also sets the stage for further developments in the United States. With two additional Boeing 777-200F aircraft set to join the fleet in the coming months, CMA CGM AIR CARGO will significantly boost its capacity, offering customers up to seven frequencies per week on transpacific routes.
