CLAAS Group names Jan-Hendrik Mohr as successor to outgoing CEO Thomas Böck

(IN BRIEF) The CLAAS Group Shareholders’ Committee has appointed Jan-Hendrik Mohr as the new CEO with effect from 1 April 2023. Mohr, who has been with the CLAAS Group since 1984 and a member of the Group Executive Board since 2008, is highly respected in the industry and is currently responsible for the Business Unit Grain. He will succeed Thomas Böck, who has decided to step down as CEO and pursue new endeavors. Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the CLAAS Group, expressed deep regret over Böck’s decision to leave but acknowledged Mohr as an experienced successor who knows the company well and has proven his worth.

The incumbent CEO Thomas Böck had decided to step down as CEO of the CLAAS Group and to pursue new endeavors. Shareholders and the Group Executive Board have acknowledged this decision with deep regret. They were able to find an experienced successor in Jan-Hendrik Mohr.
