SGS is pleased to announce the acquisition of Central Illinois Grain Inspection, Inc. (CIGI), based in Bloomington, Illinois, USA.

GENEVA, 10-Jul-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — CIGI is a USDA licensed agency inspecting grains and bi-products for export and domestic quality settlements with growers.

Founded in 1989 and privately owned, it employs 15 inspectors and technicians and generated 2016 revenues of USD 1 million.
