(PRESS RELEASE) HELSINKI, 22-Jun-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — CapMan Residential Fund has expanded its portfolio with a significant investment in a forward funding project located in Ursvik, Sundbyberg, a strategic location just north of Stockholm city center. This acquisition from Reliwe includes 289 rental apartments, an underground parking garage with EV chargers, and commercial spaces, managed by Reliwe and Consto with completion expected in early 2027. Ursvik’s appeal lies in its rapid growth and excellent transport links to Stockholm’s key hubs.

This marks the ninth investment for CapMan’s Nordic residential fund, reflecting its strategy to invest in prime urban areas across the Nordics. The project underscores CapMan’s commitment to sustainability, targeting certifications like BREEAM and Nordic Swan Ecolabel, and aligning with EU Taxonomy standards. Features include geothermal heating, solar panels, and amenities like a car and bicycle pool, promoting eco-friendly living.
