The Sundbyberg property, located 10 km north of Stockholm city center in the Ursvik area, is a large-scale development project consisting of 289 rental apartments. The property also includes 85 underground parking spaces and two commercial premises. Scheduled for completion in early 2027, the building is being developed in accordance with BREEAM standards and aligned with the EU’s sustainability taxonomy, showcasing CapMan’s dedication to environmentally responsible construction.

Additionally, CapMan has acquired a project in Tamarinden, Örebro, a new residential area 2 km south of central Örebro. This development features 139 apartments, expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025. Designed with a strong sustainability profile, the project includes solar energy installations and rainwater recycling systems, and aims to achieve the prestigious Miljöbyggnad Silver-level certification.
