CapMan Real Estate sells two office buildings in Helsinki to Areim Fund III

HELSINKI, 07-Jul-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — Real estate funds managed by CapMan have sold two office buildings located at Elimäenkatu 9 and 15 in Vallila, Helsinki, to Areim Fund III. The transaction was completed on June 30, 2017.

CapMan Real Estate I fund invested in Elimäenkatu 9 in 2007 and CapMan RE II fund acquired Elimäenkatu 15 in 2011. The two buildings are located in Vallila, approximately 5 kilometres north of the Helsinki CBD. The properties comprise 25,200 sqm of leasable space in total.
