(IN BRIEF) CapMan Plc’s Board of Directors has approved an additional dividend of EUR 0.06 per share under the authorisation granted by the company’s Annual General Meeting on 25 March 2026, bringing the total dividend distribution for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 to EUR 0.12 per share. Shareholders had already approved and received an initial dividend of EUR 0.06 per share, which was paid on 8 April 2026, while the AGM authorised the Board to decide on a further payment of up to EUR 0.06 per share. The Board has now exercised that authorisation in full. The additional dividend will have an ex-dividend date of 9 September 2026, a record date of 10 September 2026, and a payment date of 17 September 2026. The decision completes the dividend structure originally proposed by the Board for the 2025 financial year.

(PRESS RELEASE) HELSINKI, 8-Sep-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — CapMan Plc has announced that its Board of Directors has approved an additional dividend of EUR 0.06 per share, exercising the authorisation granted by the company’s Annual General Meeting earlier this year.

The decision brings the overall dividend distribution for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 to EUR 0.12 per share, in line with the Board’s original proposal to shareholders.

The additional dividend will be paid on 17 September 2026, with an ex-dividend date of 9 September 2026 and a record date of 10 September 2026.

Annual General Meeting authorised second dividend payment

CapMan’s Annual General Meeting, held on 25 March 2026, considered a combined proposal from the Board covering both an initial dividend distribution and an authorisation for the Board to decide on a subsequent additional dividend.

The Board had indicated that it expected the total dividend distribution for the 2025 financial year to amount to EUR 0.12 per share.

In accordance with the proposal, shareholders approved an initial dividend of EUR 0.06 per share based on the balance sheet adopted for 2025.

That dividend was paid on 8 April 2026.

Board uses full additional dividend authorisation

The Annual General Meeting also authorised the Board of Directors to approve an additional dividend of up to EUR 0.06 per share.

On 8 September 2026, the Board decided to use the authorisation in full and distribute the maximum additional amount of EUR 0.06 per share.

As a result, shareholders eligible for both payments will receive a total of EUR 0.12 per share in dividends relating to the 2025 financial year.

Payment timetable confirmed

CapMan confirmed the timetable for the second dividend distribution.

The ex-dividend date will be 9 September 2026, meaning shares will begin trading without entitlement to the additional dividend from that date.

The record date will be 10 September 2026, determining which shareholders are entitled to receive the payment.

The payment date is scheduled for 17 September 2026.

Decision completes planned 2025 dividend distribution

The additional dividend completes the dividend structure originally presented by the Board to the Annual General Meeting.

The first EUR 0.06 per share payment was distributed in April, while the newly approved EUR 0.06 per share payment brings the total to the Board’s anticipated level of EUR 0.12 per share for the financial period ended 31 December 2025.

The announcement was issued as a CapMan Plc Stock Exchange Release under other information disclosed according to exchange rules.
