Bastei Lübbe AG shares can be subscribed directly via Xetra for the first time

18-9-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — Xetra/FWB: Shares in Bastei Lübbe AG (ISIN: DE000A1X3YY0) can be subscribed directly via Xetra with effect from today. Bastei Lübbe is the first company to use the Xetra subscription function to place its equities. The subscription period runs until 1 October at 2 p.m. The price range is €9 – €11. A total of 5.3 million equities are expected to be placed.
