Bankia Habitat, BFA-Bankia Group’s real estate arm, offers close to 400 properties for as low as EUR 20,000 in Valencia

The BFA-Bankia Group’s property subsidiary organises a property show in the Valencian capital on the 11th and 16th of April

12-4-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — Bankia Habitat, the BFA-Bankia Group’s real estate arm, is organizing a show featuring close to 400 properties today and on the 16th of this month. The prices start as low as 20,000 euros, with discounts of up to 63% off the appraised value for some of the units.

The initiative involves sales sessions in which Bankia Habitat will showcase both newly built and used dwellings in the provinces of Valencia and Castellón to potential buyers.

The shows will take place at the Bankia offices located on Calle Marqués de Zenete, 16 and on Avenida de la Constitución, 217, on the 11th and 16th of April, respectively. In both cases, the public visiting hours will be from 9am to 2pm and 5 to 7pm. The Bankia Habitat commercial team will advise interested visitors on the right real estate product for their search criteria.

The dwellings available feature an apartment in Villarreal (Castellón) for 20,000 euros. The offering in the province of Valencia includes a flat in Algemesí priced at 26,749 euros, with a discount of 60% off its appraised value, and another flat in the capital for 27,630 euros, some 55% off the official appraisal.

The newly built homes include 19 dwellings in Alcántara del Júcar (Valencia), with discounts of 25% off the appraised value and prices beginning at 72,000 euros.
