For our OnlineBanking customers, the loan is processed online from beginning to end, protected by our OnlineBanking infrastructure. The Online-WunschKredit loan can therefore be conveniently processed online around the clock from wherever the customer may be, until the amount is disbursed. This is a further important step in developing the online marketplace by giving it equal weight as a channel for product sales and advisory services, in addition to our modern branches.”

The Online-WunschKredit loan is available online around the clock
Applications for an Online-WunschKredit loan can be made around the clock via the Bank Austria Online-Shop. OnlineBanking customers of Bank Austria can settle all communication, forward all documents and sign the loan agreement with a TAN, via the OnlineBanking communications centre. New customers can apply for a loan via the Bank Austria Online-Shop, and they can provide proof of their identity from their home through the Postident procedure or directly in one of the bank’s branches, submit their salary slips and sign the loan documentation. If all the information is correct, the loan will be disbursed within one working day of signing.

There is no handling fee or account maintenance fee for the Online-WunschKredit loan, and it includes residual debt insurance. This means that in the event of death, any residual debt is covered by the insurance. The repayment arrangements and the term of the loan can be agreed on an individual basis. The term of the loan is moreover flexible in that it can be shortened through early repayment of the loan; the entire amount of the loan can be easily repaid at any time, at no additional cost.

Through new risk assessment methods, Bank Austria can quickly and reliably determine the creditworthiness of its customers after receiving the requisite documentation, enabling the bank to take lending decisions online within a very short time. This sound risk assessment procedure ensures that loans are extended only to customers who can actually afford them.
