With this transaction, Ballast Nedam Development and AM will be 50/50 partners in OMC, and together they will continue to develop the project Urban Interactive District (UID) in Arenapoort Amsterdam Zuidoost.

The Urban Interactive District (UID), located directly across the Johan Cruijff ArenA, will bring an urban dynamic by mixing different functions to strengthen the ArenA area. Recently, OMC and the municipality of Amsterdam signed the agreement about the programme and the land price for UID.
