Founded in 2010, Zahroof Valves boasts a team of 44 dedicated professionals committed to designing, servicing, and assembling cutting-edge valve technology. This technology is instrumental in reducing emissions and enhancing energy efficiency by preventing unplanned interruptions for customers across various industries. In 2023, Zahroof Valves achieved revenues of approximately 130 million Swedish Krona (SEK)*, indicating its strong market presence and growth potential. While the purchase price remains undisclosed, Zahroof Valves will integrate into the Oil Free Air division within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area, operating under Atlas Copco Compressors LLC.
