Andrew Mainwaring and Andrew Priest promoted to partners at Inflexion

LONDON, 05-Jul-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — Inflexion is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Mainwaring and Andrew Priest to Partner with immediate effect. A further five promotions also took place across the team.

Andrew Mainwaring is a Partner within Inflexion’s Enterprise Fund team. The Fund is dedicated to accelerating growth in lower mid-market companies, bringing Inflexion’s full suite of value accretive expertise to companies with an equity requirement of £10m to £20m. Andrew co-led our recent investment in K2 Partnering Solutions and was closely involved in the buyouts of Shimtech and Succession. Andrew holds board positions on K2 and Succession. Andrew’s further experience includes the successful acquisition and subsequent sale of Marston Group and Red Commerce, as well as the investments in Harrington BrooksPims Group and Optionis.

Andrew Priest leads Inflexion’s Origination team and helps cultivate our network of senior business leaders. This highly valued network comprises of board level professionals and industry veterans from leading businesses across the world.
