Altri, SGPS, S.A. subsidiary Celulose Beira Industrial, S.A. issued EUR 35 million six-year bonds by private placement

OPORTO, 3-3-2015 — /EuropaWire/ — Altri, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs that its subsidiary Celulose Beira Industrial (Celbi), S.A. has issued, today, six-year bonds, in the amount of Euro 35,000,000 (thirty five million euros), by private placement, named “CELBI 2015/2021”.

This issuance follows Altri’s funding strategy, which aims to extend the company’s debt maturity profile, strengthen its capital structure and diversify both sources and types of funding.
